Cancellation Policy

Booth Reservation Policy - Terms and Conditions By completing your purchase, you agree to the following: Section Reservations are non-refundable, unless Mr. B’s Lounge cancels the event. Upon completing a booking request, we will reach out and provide a payment link once your reservation is approved. Section reservations are NOT CONFIRMED until we receive payment. Booth reservations waive cover charges for guests with vip wristbands who arrive by the cutoff time. The VIP Wristbands included with your reservation grant access to the skip line red carpet entrance. Wristbands must be picked up before we open in order to to utilize the skip line. Wristband pick up is 7pm - 8pm on the Monday on the week of your reservation. When you arrive, provide us with your name and ID and we will have the bands ready for you In the event you are unable to pick up your wristbands before we open, please use the regular entry line. We will have your wristbands under your name at the ticket window. Please arrive before 11:30 PM to ensure your booth is held. A 15-minute grace period applies before release at management’s discretion. No-shows or late cancellations will result in loss of deposit. For certain nights, Mr. B’s Lounge may enforce a stylish dress code and reserves the right to refuse entry or service for inappropriate behavior. Premium bottles and add-ons are available at an additional charge. Prices may vary on special event nights. Guests are welcome to bring custom cups or signs for celebrations; however, items displaying political messages, gang symbols, or affiliations are strictly prohibited and may result in denial of entry or removal from the premises. By reserving, you acknowledge and accept these terms and consent to receive booking-related SMS or email updates.
